Day One — Recruitment & Admissions Floor

Admissions

Each school's representative works one-on-one — conversation, transcript review, and a conditional admission decision, often with a scholarship offer, on the spot.

Application Lab

Students complete and submit applications in real time, then carry them straight to the admissions table.

Band & Arts

Dedicated performance space for directors to hold live auditions and identify scholarship-caliber talent.

Financial Aid

A general guidance booth on paying for college — FAFSA, aid, and financing options — run independently of the admissions tables and open to a sponsor.

Day Two — College Readiness, for students and families: financial aid, the real story of college life, young-alumni voices, and a parents panel. Institutions are welcome to stay, but Day One is your recruitment day.

Band, Choir & Performing Arts

Bring your directors. We'll bring the talent.

During the Day One fair, the Summit runs a dedicated performing-arts track where band and choir directors hold on-site tryouts and identify scholarship-caliber musicians from across the region. The venue has true performance space — students arrive ready to play, and your directors leave with a recruiting list.
